چکیده
The anisotropic transfer of dielectric particles by a uniform electric field in nonuniformly heated fluid is modeled. transport anisotropy determined the mechanism interaction between whose permittivity depends on temperature. temperature distribution and their thermal diffusivity does not depend motion fluid, thus corresponding to small Peclet numbers. flow considered approximation Reynolds due action an force exerted applied friction forces fluid. taken into account. Numerical modeling dynamics two carried out. process mentioned mutual orientation vector, gradient, initial vector connecting particle centers. For case large number particles, equilibrium concentration external found taking account mechanisms diffusion interaction.

Industrial demands for more compact heat exchangers are a motivation to find new technology features. Electrohydrodynamics (EHD) is introduced as a promising phenomenon for heat transfer enhancement mechanisms. Similar to any new technology, EHD has not been understood completely yet and requires more fundamental studies. In boiling phase change phenomena, nucleation is the dominant mechanism i...
متن کاملdevelopment and implementation of an optimized control strategy for induction machine in an electric vehicle
in the area of automotive engineering there is a tendency to more electrification of power train. in this work control of an induction machine for the application of electric vehicle is investigated. through the changing operating point of the machine, adapting the rotor magnetization current seems to be useful to increase the machines efficiency. in the literature there are many approaches wh...

Here, we calculate the electric forces acting on uncharged dielectric colloidal particles, which are attached to the interface between a nonpolar fluid (air, oil) and water, in the presence of an applied uniform external electric field directed normal to the interface. The uncharged particle becomes a source of dipolar electric field because it is polarized by the external field. Our goal is to...

Here, we calculate the electric forces acting on charged dielectric colloidal particles, which are attached to the interface between a nonpolar fluid (air and oil) and water in the presence of applied uniform external electric field, E0, directed normal to the interface. Electric charges are present on the particle-nonpolar fluid interface. The solution to the problem represents a superposition...
متن کاملBreakup of a supported drop of a viscous conducting liquid in a uniform electric field.
Numerical computations and order-of-magnitude estimates are used to describe the time evolution of a drop of a very viscous liquid of finite electrical conductivity attached to a metallic plate which is suddenly subject to a uniform electric field. Under the action of the electric stresses induced at its surface, the drop elongates in the direction of the field, and charged droplets are emitted...
